Shan considers himself a Techno-Functional consultant whose deep knowledge of the Platform enables him to design and implement robust and sustainable low-code solutions to solve complex business problems.

Shan is also an Agile enthusiast and holds several certifications in this arena such as SMC, SPOC, Agile Coach.

He is the founder of the LearningWay Academy initiative. He has been designing and delivering Dynamics CRM training courses since 2013.
