ITIL is a type of framework used to identify, plan, and deliver IT services in the best, effective approach to businesses. It is indeed the most widely accepted framework for IT Service Management. ITIL principles have been used by many organizations from public and private sectors including NASA, HSBC bank, IBM, HP and many more. This course provides exam preparation for students to pass the exam for ITIL Foundation Certification. This course includes 3 sessions of theory information and additional 2 sessions will prepare students with final review, study guide and mock exam.
